Site Rules
1)
Posting
personal information about anyone other than yourself within chat or on
message boards in not permitted. This includesbut not limited to names,
phone numbers, addresses, locations, etc.
2) Child pornography/abuse are not allowed in any form.
3)Although free speech is encouraged, remember that your rights end where the others’ begin.
4)
All rooms have entry pages to list the rules and regulations of the
room. By entering you acknowledge the rules and will be held
accountable for any action and/or breach of room and site rules.
5)
Use of
site and hosted message boards are free, but Moderators reserve the
right to remove any offensive, insulting, harassing or otherwise
disruptive posts. Posting of avatars are not permitted.
6)
Infinite Realm does not support or permit cross-realm wars, feuds,
squabbles, etc.
7) Admin of the site has the right to close any room if he feels there is reason enough ie abandonment of room... misuse of room. etc having empty rooms on IR is not something that draws people to the site.
8) Control of
room cannot be won or lost by actions within a role-play or
given/handed down to another party.
If you no longer wish to use the room or for whatever reason can't use
it then
the room is either closed or goes up for grabs.
9) Abuse of
‘boots’ will result in them being removed. This includes excessive use
of, improper use of, and lending of username/password to boots.
10) When a room is paid for THAT person is controler regardless of their rp position... If that person gives that room to another as a gift at the time they pay they agree to give up all rights to said room.
11) Repeated offenses may result in permanent banning from the site. By entering IR, you agree to comply with these rules and accept the consequences for breaking them. People get 1 warning on offense 2 they are banned period.
12)Use of IMs such as MSN,ICQ is outside of the roleplay system and thus information gathered there is invalid within roleplay unless a room specificlly allows RP to be done there. Real Time info though is under no circumstances to be used against those in the RP environment.
13)Use of the colon ":" in a persons AV codes is limited to after the name for example I can put Sysop Brent : but not : Sysop Brent as putting a colon in codes stops anything after it from showing up on the whochat.
